Objective: To ensure standardization, speed, and a high level of quality in all Airbnb property cleanings, ensuring your property is ready to receive a 5-star review!

⭐ 1. Preparation Before Starting

  • Turn on all lights.
  • Perform a quick step-by-step check to identify:
    • Guest-left trash
    • Missing or damaged items
    • Used bed linens/towels
    • Specific stains and dirt

🛏️ 2. Bedrooms

  • Sheets and Bed.
  • Remove all used bed linens.
  • Check the mattress (stains, damage, odors).
  • Change all bed linens for clean linens.
  • Make the bed and pillows evenly.
  • Cleaning.
  • Check the dressers (if the guest has forgotten any items – notify the manager immediately).
  • Dust all surfaces (including the headboard).
  • Clean mirrors and windows. Vacuum or sweep and mop with a damp cloth (if the floor allows).
  • Check corners, behind doors, and under the bed.
  • Final touches.
  • Organize the remote controls.
  • Report items such as extra blankets (if any).
  • Adjust curtains/blinds.

🛋️ 3. Living Room

  • Fold blankets and tidy up cushions.
  • Dust tables, furniture, TVs, and shelves.
  • Clean TV screens (with a dry cloth).
  • Check sofas: vacuum and remove stains and leaves.
  • Vacuum the floor or carpets and wipe hard floors with a damp cloth.

🍽️ 4. Kitchen

  • Dishes.
  • Wash all dirty dishes or put them in the dishwasher.
  • Put away clean dishes.
  • Cleaning All Surfaces.
  • Clean countertops, stove, and microwave (inside and out).
  • Remove food scraps from cabinets and refrigerator.
  • Clean shelves, handles, and doors.
  • Keep drawers clean and organized.
  • Floor – vacuum and wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Attention to exhaust fans – keep them clean at all times.

🚿 5. Bathrooms

Remove all used rugs and towels. Disinfect:

  • Sink
  • Faucets
  • Toilet (inside and out)
  • Showers, bathtubs, and tiles washed
  • Glass and mirrors cleaned

🧺 6. Laundry Room

  • Place sheets, towels, and rugs in the washing machine.
  • Use the appropriate temperature for sanitization.
  • Fold or store according to your policy.

  • Checking the entire area, putting away and organizing pool toys (if they have been scattered)

  • Cleaning of sliding glass doors, as needed
